The foundation of success: Career and finance

Most "life problems" stem from a lack of resources or a lack of direction. I specialize in the two areas that provide the highest return on your investment.

Life coaching

What life coaching is:

Coaching is an on-going relationship between a coach and client. It is a confidential relationship designed to address issues that the client would like to consider. These include, but are not limited to, career development, finances, spiritual growth, lifestyle management and balance, decision making, and management of short and long term goals.

What life coaching is not:

Coaching is not therapy, counseling, advice-giving, mental health care, or treatment for substance abuse, nor is it intended as a replacement of the same.

Coaching is for people who are generally healthy, well-adjusted, and looking to make positive changes in their lives.

What can I expect to get out of a coaching session? And why is it worth paying for?

As humans, our minds are designed for routine. Thought patterns, habits, and our own internal narratives tell a story. This story is not the sum total of who we are, but it takes less emotional and mental energy to simply keep believing and doing what you've always done.

Life coaches act as a thinking partner to help show you new ways of seeing, new perspectives on your story, and challenge assumptions and blockers that are keeping you from your destiny.

A typical Session

Every coach and client relationship starts with a unique 1-on-1 assessment, and our coaching sessions will then follow this high-impact structure.

  • The check in: We will review your progress since our last meeting. Did you accomplish the milestones you set for yourself last time? If so, how did you celebrate or what has changed? If not, what roadblocks did you encounter?

  • The deep dive: We will focus on one or more specific areas of your life that you want to focus on. That focal point may be on your finances, career goals, personal objectives, relationships, spiritual growth, or any other topic or task that you want to focus on during that session.

  • The action plan: We don't just talk. No session will end without you walking away with SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) action steps that you developed over the course of conversation. These action steps will guide your progress leading to our next session.
